At Deer Meadows Home Health and Support Services, LLC, our mission is simple: provide high-quality home health care that helps individuals maintain independence, health, and dignity in their own homes. In addition to our insurance-covered skilled home health services, we proudly offer non-skilled supportive care on a private pay basis. We are contracted with all of the PA MCO’s to provide Medicaid Waiver services to adult consumers, ensuring that every individual can access the right level of care and comfort.
